The InstaWalk Ruhr as part of the Digital Week Dortmund #diwodo19 in November:
Lab tour with exclusive insights into the research halls of the Fraunhofer IML, Dortmund. This time the walk takes place on a Tuesday at 17:00 within the #diwodo19. Active use of Instagram- or Social-Media is required.
The InstaWalk leads through the research halls of the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics IML. Digital applications for industry 4.0 can be seen. Participants can expect autonomous vehicles with swarm intelligence in materials handling, AR-supported logistics applications, VR in the Enterprise Lab Center and autonomous drones. Of course everything in action! Active photographing and posting on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or Twitter is explicitly desired on this Lab Tour.
Digital in NRW – Competence for medium-sized businesses, Digital Hub Logistics and the InnovationLabor hybrid services in logistics are cooperation partners of the free guided tour through the research halls.

Meet me at the main entrance of the institute. Arrival by public transport:
S1 from Dortmund HBF in the direction of Bochum. Get off at the stop Universität and change directly to the H-Bahn in the direction of Technologiepark. The H-Bahn stops directly across from the Fraunhofer IML main entrance.

The number of participants for this walk is limited to 20 persons.
ATTENTION: Who would like to be a part of it, sends an informal registration with its first and surname by E-Mail to instawalk.diwodo@bambule.de From August you will receive an e-mail confirming either your participation or your place on the waiting list.
This different registration procedure is necessary because the event takes place within the framework of #diwodo19. You will receive a contingent of 10 seats. A further 10 places will be reserved until the official DiWoDo program is published in a few weeks, so that DiWoDo visitors also have a chance to participate. All other places that are not allocated will be distributed via the waiting list.

Participation is at your own risk. The liability for accidents and other damages of any kind lies with the individual participant. The whole thing does not cost any participation fee, no entrance fee.
