How to reach us

By car:

From the north:
Take the A40/B1 to the “Dortmund-Dorstfeld/Universität” exit. At the end of the ramp (traffic light), turn right into Wittener Straße and go straight at the next set of lights into Hauert. Merge left and, at the next intersection (traffic light), turn left into Emil-Figge-Straße. After 150m, turn right into Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße and the TechnologieZentrumDortmund will be on your left.

From the south:
Take the A45 to the “Dortmund-Eichlinghofen/Universität” exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right into Universitätsstraße, go straight at the next set of lights, then merge left and turn into Hauert. Go straight on Hauert to the second set of lights, then turn right into Emil-Figge-Straße. After 150m, turn right into Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße and TechnologieZentrumDortmund will be on your left.

From west and east:
Take the A44/A40/B1 to the “Dortmund-Dorstfeld/Universität” exit. At the end of the ramp (traffic light), turn right into Wittener Straße and go straight at the next set of lights into Hauert. Merge left immediately and, at the next intersection (traffic light), turn left into Emil-Figge-Straße. After 150m, turn right into Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße and TechnologieZentrumDortmund will be on your left.

By public transit:

Take the S1 from Dortmund central station toward Bochum. Get off at the “Universität” stop and transfer directly to the Sky Train toward “Technologiepark”. The Sky Train stops directly in front of the institute.
