MANSIO GmbH wins the Digital Logistics Award 2023
MANSIO GmbH convinced with its pitch and idea in the final for the 6th Digital Logistics Award and secured first place in the race against six other finalists. The final of the Digital Logistics Award 2023 took place on September 12, 2023 during the “Zukunftskongress Logistik – 41st Dortmunder Gespräche”. A total of seven finalists presented their innovative digital logistics solutions for manufacturing, retail, farm & food, the financial sector and other industries. With this award, the Digital Hub Logistics wants to honor and promote creative business solutions for the digital working world in logistics.
1st Place: 15.000 Euro
MANSIO GmbH took home 15,000 euros, many new contacts and potential customers. The team from Aachen stands for a software-based transport system for road haulage. It is based on the principle of encounter traffic: in the course of a transport, a truck hands over its semi-trailer (“trailer”) to another truck.
2nd Place: 6.000 Euro
Second place went to the team from CO2OPT. The start-up from Hamburg has developed an AI-based tool for optimizing the management of tires that enables vehicle profiles to be matched with the optimal tires.
3rd Place: 3.000 Euro
Third place went to 1Lieferschein consortium from Aachen. The digital delivery note format 1Lieferschein makes paperless collaboration between all companies in the logistics chain seamless. The declared goal of the 1Lieferschein initiative is to make the digital delivery bill the standard inside and outside the construction industry, beyond its own transactions.
The Digital Logistics Award is one of the most highly endowed awards in the logistics start-up scene. The four other finalists did not go away empty-handed either: All seven teams received free tickets in advance to attend the Future Logistics Congress and a free exhibition space on site. In addition, they were given the chance to pitch to and make contact with more than 500 decision-makers in the logistics industry.
